The art of embroidery is a tricky one. Let us handle it hassle free! We have top notch digitization services and quick turn arounds. Currently we do not offer one off services but anything over the minimum of 12 for an initial order.

We charged based on the Stitch count. Digitization is $30 and once we digitize your logo we will know exactly how much it will be.

The Process

  • Inquire -------->

    In order to get proper pricing. You must know the items you are looking for. Example Hat, Polo, Pullover.

  • Digitizing -------->

    Unfortuantly all embroidery needs to work off digitized files. there is a $30 Digitizing fee. This puts it into a sew ready file as well as gives us stitch count. Pricing is dependent on stitch count.

  • Order -------->

    Once you have an approved design. You submit your order form to us. We will invoice within 2 business days. Once invoice is paid in full, your order will be submitted. Embroidery standard time is 8-14 days. If you have a rush, its not impossible but will depend on the situation and time.

  • Updates -------->

    Once your invoice is paid and you receive an order number. You can check at any time right here online to get updates on your order process.

  • QAQC / Delivery -------->

    At Soar we do not drop ship. We have all items sent to us for quality review. If there are any problems we will be transparent and honest as well as fix that issue as soon as possible. Once items pass quality. We deliver to you
